A new concept in free knee walking for low activity wearers, this knee stabilises securely during stance and unlocks ready for a safe and energy efficient toe-off and swing phase. The knee combines a weight activated stabilising unit for safe and natural stance phase support and has an adjustable mechanical swing phase assist to ensure satisfactory knee extension.
