Our Customer Service Department in Sheffield are recruiting for an additional Customer Service Apprentice to provide administration support to the team.
The range of responsibilities will include the following:
• Opening and distributing incoming post and franking the outgoing post.
• Scanning documents into the archive system.
• Distributing faxes and printed documents within the Customer Service Department.
• Distributing Customer Orders to the Customer Service Team
• Retrieving archived documents for repeat orders.
• Assisting with matching, posting and filing of sales invoices.
• Assisting with order entry.
• Providing cover for switchboard
• Assisting with the running of the trade account
• Undertaking project.ad hoc work as required.
This role requires somebody who can work well to time constraints to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure. They will be a good communicator, especially on the telephone and have good computer skills.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Business Administration which will be complete on site and is fully supported by the business.
