We currently have a vacancy at our Sheffield orthotic manufacturing facility for an experienced Shoe Technician.

The skills and experience required for this role are:

• Ability to work to drafts and measures supplied by clinicians.

• Competency in the operation of light machinery – grinding, buffing and drilling

• Experience in shoe manufacturing.

• Understanding of the anatomy and terminology in regard to footwear and lasting.

The ideal candidate will possess good hand skills, good communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of working on their own initiative or as part of a team.
