We are currently recruiting a Production Planner to work within the Goods Inwards Team at Atlas Way, Sheffield.

The range of responsibilities will include:

• Unpacking products received from clinics, including matching products to the correct paperwork/ drafts/   measurements supplied by the Orthotics
• Communicate any potential problems to Lead Planner and Production Manager
• Updating orders status in I.T. system, including capacity planning
• Record receipt of customer order and enclosures, including labelling products via I.T. systems
• Enter Customer Orders onto the I.T. systems, including, product pricing and capacity planning.
• Run daily progress chase reports and take action to address any slippage against plan via OMS and Syteline
• Identify any discrepancies and resolve problems

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A good standard of education including C or above in English, Maths and Science
• Competent in use of main MS Office applications
• Good attention to detail
• Flexibility in their approach to be able to work as part of a small team
• High self-motivation being able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good personal organisation and administrative skills
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality and result

Ideally the candidate will also demonstrate:

• Understanding of Orthotic products
• Planner in a manufacturing or logistics environment
