We are looking for a part time prosthetic administrator to join our team at Nottingham. Working 15 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday they will assist the prosthetists, technicians and departmental managers in the provision of prostheses to service users.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Maintenance of patient records and files.
• Operation of the stock and invoicing system for the prosthetic service.
• Respond to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• General administrative support and data input.
This role requires a well organised, flexible and professional individual, with a background of good general office experience. Sound I.T. and Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel are also required, as are data entry skills. GCSE’s at grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English would be an advantage. A pleasant telephone manner and persona will be important for interacting with patients and colleagues.
